Care Instructions

Roll the mat so the cork is on the outside and avoid folding or creasing the mat. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.  A small amount of soap can be used periodically.  Leave the mat out to dry before rolling and don't leave out in direct sunlight.

Care Instructions

Premium Lavender Eye Pillow

Relax during savasana or yoga nidra with one of our premium eye pillows made up for us by local Sitting Pretty Designs.  These may be used at room temperature for meditation, stored in the freezer for use when a migraine strikes, or alternatively heated for around 20 seconds in the microwave to assist  in restful sleep.
