Shipping and Returns


Australian Orders

We use Australia Post and offer free shipping for orders over $250.  We offer flat rate shipping of $15 for parcels over 1 kg (all yoga mats).  Shipping will be calculated at checkout for lighter orders.

Your order will be processed on the same day or the next business day after you place your order.  Delivery is with Australia Post and normally takes 2 - 8 days. Express Post is available at checkout and is quicker. During peak holiday times your order may take a little longer to reach you.

Once your item has shipped you will receive a tracking notification.  

Please make sure you supply us with the correct shipping address as we cannot take responsibility for items that have been delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.

If an item is returned to us because you have supplied an incorrect address or if the courier has attempted to deliver and has left a card which you have failed to respond to we reserve the right to charge again for reshipping the item.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please email us at info@anjaligeneration.com.au so that we can resolve any issue. We are happy to provide an exchange or a refund for an unused product provided it is returned within 14 days of you receiving it in its original packaging, with labels intact. Note that for hygiene reasons yoga mats which have been used cannot be returned.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.  Additionally, if an exchange is requested, the shipping costs for the exchanged items will also be at the customer's expense. For changes of mind requesting a refund we will refund the value of the returned product(s), less any original shipping costs.

We recommend that products are returned via registered post as Anjali Generation cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit. 

We take pride in our products and packaging and all products are carefully inspected prior to shipping so we hope you never receive a faulty product. If, on the rare occasion, this does occur please contact us by email and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

*Please note that items which are heavily discounted and marked as less than perfect are not returnable.
