Shipping and Returns
We offer flat rate shipping of $10 (AUD) for all Australian orders that are under 5 kg. $20 for orders over 5 Kg.
Your order will be processed on the same day or the next business day after you place your order. For most Australian addresses we use Sendle who offer a carbon neutral delivery service. Delivery with Sendle normally takes 2 - 6 days. For regional and more remote addresses we use regular Australia Parcel Post which takes 2 - 6 days. During peak holiday times your order may take a little longer to reach you.
**Please note that COVID-19 has placed extra strain on all the delivery providers and this might result in your order taking a little longer than usual to reach you.
We are pleased to offer international shipping. Rates vary depending on your country and the weight of your order. Rates will be calculated at checkout. We use Australia Post for international orders and delivery usually takes 6 to 10 business days depending on where you are.
There are current restrictions and delays on international shipping from Australia due to Covid 19. If you wish to place an order from overseas please contact us first for updated information.
Returns and Refunds Policy
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please email us at email@example.com so that we can resolve any issue. We are happy to exchange or provide a refund for an unused product that doesn’t meet your expectations, as described on our website provided it is returned within 30 days of purchase in its original packaging. Return postage is to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that products are returned via registered post as Anjali Generation cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit. This policy does not apply to goods that have been used or damaged after delivery.
We take pride in our products and packaging and all products are carefully inspected prior to shipping so we hope you never receive a faulty product. If, on the rare occasion, this does occur please contact us by email and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
