Shipping and Returns

Australian Orders

We offer FREE shipping for all orders over $200 and flat rate shipping of $10 (AUD) for orders under $200.  An express shipping option is also available.

Your order will be processed on the same day or the next business day after you place your order.  For most Australian addresses we use Sendle who offer a carbon neutral delivery service.  Delivery with Sendle normally takes 2 - 6 days.  For regional and more remote addresses we use regular Australia Parcel Post which takes 2 - 6 days.  During peak holiday times your order may take a little longer to reach you.

Once your item has shipped you will receive a tracking notification.  

If an item is returned to us because you have supplied an incorrect address or if the courier has attempted to deliver and has left a card which you have failed to respond to we reserve the right to charge again for reshipping the item.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please email us at info@anjaligeneration.com.au so that we can resolve any issue. We are happy to provide an exchange or a refund for an unused product provided it is returned within 14 days of you receiving it in its original packaging, with labels intact. Note that for hygiene reasons yoga mats which have been used cannot be returned.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.  Additionally, if an exchange is requested, the shipping costs for the exchanged items will also be at the customer's expense. For changes of mind requesting a refund we will refund the value of the returned product(s), less any original shipping costs.

We recommend that products are returned via registered post as Anjali Generation cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit. 

We take pride in our products and packaging and all products are carefully inspected prior to shipping so we hope you never receive a faulty product. If, on the rare occasion, this does occur please contact us by email and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
