Be supported in your yoga or pilates practice with our lovely high quality cork mat.  It is slightly longer than some mats, and with a 5 mm thickness it provides the perfect amount of cushioning.  Cork is naturally anti-bacterial, making this an exceptionally hygienic yoga mat.  Because of the amazing qualities of cork, the grip increases as you sweat which makes this mat perfect for hot yoga practices.  It is also great for yin or pregnancy yoga as the surface temperature of the cork is naturally warm so you won't get cold in long poses.

Care Instructions

Roll the mat so the cork is on the outside and avoid folding or creasing the mat. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.  A small amount of soap can be used periodically.  Leave the mat out to dry before rolling and don't leave out in direct sunlight.
